We also maintained permanent hires for 9 production positions, initially on fixed-term contracts.
New job offers are available here.
Exclusively dedicated to its professional customers, this site showcases the wide range of products : Aveyronnais specialities, dry-cured meats, cooked hams, salads or delicatessen pastries... there's something for every taste !
It gives pride of place to the DNA of Breton Distribution; that of enhancing the value of traditional and regional products from local Aveyron industries.
Deconfinement is gradual from today. Deconfinement does not mean slackening, and the momentum of solidarity that France has experienced since 16 March must continue. Indeed, more than ever, healthcare personnel, health establishments and associations need support to continue the fight against Covid-19.
The subsidiaries of CA Traiteur et Salaisons, manufacturer and distributor of charcuterie and delicatessen products, have participated and continue to participate in this local and regional solidarity: food donations, coats, charlots and masks are all initiatives aimed at self-employed carers, hospitals, Covid-19 centres, Ephad, Crous, charities, gendarmes or fire brigades close to our production sites in the regions.
We have received many messages of thanks.
We would like to reiterate our thanks to all the nursing staff and our employees, who were present on site or remotely.
Since 2009, Le Mont de la Coste, based in Ussel (19), has been manufacturing branded "snacking" sausages Auvernou : 80% of its production is now devoted to these bead-shaped sausages.
Following the success of this product, Le Mont de la Coste is entering a development phase planned over 4 years : with 1,400 tonnes of sausage per year, the company will reach 2,500 to 3,000 tons in 4 years.
This development will stimulate new recruitments. In the coming years, Le Mont de la Coste plans to hire 10 line drivers, cleaning staff, logistics staff, etc. A training plan has been launched for this purpose.
