Our history

Where it all began...

CA Traiteur & Salaisons was formed through the alliance of three major companies rooted in French charcuterie tradition : Loste, Grand Saloir Saint Nicolas and Tradi-France.

Now a producer and distributor of charcuterie and deli products for food trade professionals and independent distributors, CA Traiteur & Salaisons aspires to preserve and defend the skills and specialities of our regions each and every day.

Our production workshops
Our unique approach to the catering profession is reflected in our desire to develop production facilities that embrace the product innovations of tomorrow while honouring our century-old heritage.
Our iconic brands

Our brands serve as ambassadors for an extensive range of fresh deli products and cooked and dried charcuterie. They are dedicated to satisfying our most instinctive requirement : taste.

Our business activities
    • I work with Sales Administration, Marketing and Brand Managers to market Sapresti products within the different brands and introduce new products to the shelves on a regular basis.

      Wilfried - Sector Manager

    • I work with the production workshops, purchasing and sales administration teams to anticipate stock needs and fulfil our customers' orders.

      Christiane - Planning and Scheduling Agent

    • I purchase the raw materials and packaging for our St-Florent-Le-Viel and Le Mesnil-en-Vallée locations, overseeing the supply chain from the issue of an order through to its delivery.

      Charlène - Purchaser

    • Working within the Quality, Safety and Environment Department, I liaise with operators and their managers on a daily basis to prevent risks, and improve and guarantee the safety of employees in the workplace.
